A Belarus Bride
We are a personal service introduction and marriage agency helping men who seek a beautiful Russian woman from Belarus to be their bride.
Akron Ohio Matchmakers!
Just for your information, we use the terms Belarus girls, Russian girls, Russian women, and Belarus women interchangeably. All Belarus women are Russian women. Belarus means "White Russia." It's an old name from the Czarist times.

Monday, November 3, 2008.
Time change feels strange....We hope everyone had a nice weekend!
We have a couple Across-The-Pond-Sports-Reports this morning from Brett & Rob....
Here's Brett concerning Arsenal:
You’ve probably judged by now this is not a good email to read!
Arsenal played our fiercest local rivals (I refuse to mention their name :-0) in mid-week. We were 4-2 up with just a few minutes to play. We completely blew it, they scored twice in the last minutes, match finishing in an extraordinary 4-4 draw. One minute I was a going to be a very happy person, the next I was completely numb! (Yes, our defence is still non-existent!) Although it was a draw, the nature of it felt like a crushing defeat!
However, it got worse!
On Saturday we played against a promoted side – Stoke City, and lost 2-1! Yep, still can’t defend!
It was one of the worst weeks as an Arsenal supporter for a long time.....
Sorry about that Brett....Hopefully next week will be better!
Here's Rob concerning Manchester City:
Well....Sorry about that Rob....Hopefully next week will be better!
Speaking of "Hopefully next week will be better"....Baltimore beat Cleveland 37-27. Congrats to you Ravens fans! Perhaps....Concerning the Browns....I should have said.... "Hopefully next year will be better."
That's all we know this chilly November morning....
Hey! Have A Damn Fine Day!

We have a nice Fall morning here....Our weather is turning wet for the weekend....we understand. But....It's Friday! Jim sent us a nice joke to help get us into the weekend mood. Thanks Jim!
Subject: notes on the refrigerator-
My Darling, You will surely understand that I have certain needs that you, being
54-years old, can no longer satisfy. I am very happy with you and I
value you as a good wife. Therefore, after reading this note, I hope
that you will not wrongly interpret the fact that I will be spending an
evening with my 18-year old secretary at the Comfort Inn Motel. Please
don't be upset. I shall be home before midnight. When the man came home
late that night, he found the following note on
the refrigerator: My Dear Husband, I received your note and thank you for
your honesty about my being
54-years old. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that
you are also 54-years old. As you know, I am a math teacher at our
local college. I would like to inform you that, while you read this I
will be at the Hotel Fiesta with Michael, one of my students who is also
the assistant tennis coach. He is young, virile, and like your
secretary, 18-years old. As a successful business man who has an
excellent knowledge of math, you will understand that you and I are in
the same situation, although with one small difference. 18 goes into 54
a lot more times than 54 goes into 18. Therefore, I will not be home
until sometime tomorrow.
Better be careful with those refrig....notes! :-)
Hey! Have A Wonderful Day....And....

Michael & Irina....One of our Couples who just celebrated their 4th Wedding Anniversary a week ago....Went to see the USS Pampanito....A WWII US Submarine located at Pier 45, Fisherman's Wharf, in honor of Veteran's Day! Here's a short history of the Boat....And a few nice photos. Thanks for sharing Mike & Irina!
........USS Pampanito located at Pier 45, Fisherman's Wharf........
USS Pampanito (SS-383) is a World War II Balao class Fleet submarine museum and memorial that is open for visitors daily at San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf. Pampanito made six patrols in the Pacific during World War II during which she sank six Japanese ships and damaged four others.
During the late 1930's, the United States was gradually building up its fleet to the limits authorized by the Washington Naval Treaty. The pace quickened when in 1939 World War II began in Europe. However, it was the fall of France in June 1940 that caused the full mobilization of the nation. By the 7 Dec 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, the United States had started an enlarged submarine building program. Pampanito was built in 1943 at the Navy Yard Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in just 9 months, and at a cost of 6 million dollars. She was one of the most advanced fighting systems of her day. By 1943, the role of U.S. submarines was to control the shipping lanes, gather intelligence, and a few special missions. The same roles played by submarines today. Far beyond any expectations at the start of the war, the U.S. Navy fleet submarines were instrumental in the Allied victory in the Pacific. Today, Pampanito serves as a museum and a memorial to the submarine service of the U.S. Navy -- which we proudly call the "Silent Service".
World War II submarines typically carried a crew of 70 men and 10 officers. The submarine service was a small, well trained, elite group. They represented less than two percent of all U.S. Navy personnel, and yet they were responsible for fifty-five percent of all Japanese tonnage sunk, including one third of their warships. This was not without cost, for the submarine force recorded the highest percentage of men lost in the U.S. military, 24%: more than 3500 men in 52 submarines did not return. They are said to be on eternal patrol. To this day all submariners are volunteers.
