Interesting guy! Jim also has a career which we know keeps him real busy, he works in a field which is the subject of some very popular TV shows. How about that for our membership! So....

We have another cool, crisp, beautiful Spring morning here in Akron Ohio. The birds are singing like crazy, flowers are blooming....Just a beautiful morning.
Clint & Maryna sent us another "Life's Lessons" funny for our enjoyment, Thanks Guys!
A turkey was chatting with a bull "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, but I haven't got the energy." "Well, why don't you nibble on my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients." The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.
Moral of the story: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

We have another fine morning here....What we need to help us wake up....Other than more coffee....is another "Life Lesson" from Clint & Maryna. Thanks again Guys!
A technician, an engineer, and a manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, "I'll give each of you just one wish" "Me first! Me first!" says the technician. "I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world." Poof! She's gone. "Me next! Me next!" says the engineer. "I want to be in Hawaii,relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life." Poof! He's gone. "OK, you're up," the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, "I want those two back in the office after lunch."
Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.
Sounds like good advice to us....

We hope everyone had a nice weekend....And a nice Mother's Day! We had a beautiful weekend here.
We went up to the Portage Lakes to take in some Nature. These lakes are part of the Ohio & Erie Canal system....Beautiful area that's only about 10 miles away from our place here in Akron. We like to bring our visitors to the Lakes during the summer months....It's a nice place to relax and get to know each other. There are waterfront restaurants to visit and the atmosphere is quite relaxing.
We welcome any member or prospective member to visit with us anytime....We'll get to know each other and have a great time together!

We had a beautiful day here yesterday....We've got another on tap for today. We went up to the lake last evening to re-charge our batteries and take-in a bit of Nature.
