Ever since the first day we began operating our group, we have believed in these ideals: We always thought it was wrong how those "Grocery Store Sites" sold "Tours", sold women's addresses like they were so many cattle....any of you guys who have been with us or just followed us for the past 5+ years know we have always been against those practices. Well, now the Government has taken some steps with the new IMBRA Law, effective March 6, 2006.

We have always believed those "Grocery Store Sites" like Match.com, any of those huge, faceless companies are a waste of time if you're interested in a real relationship with a loving woman. These companies are not worried about you or your relationship.

This law will kill many sites that sell addresses for a few bucks.

We are a small, personal service marriage agency. Always have been. We have never sold a single woman's address. Never will. We have never operated a "Tour", you know, where the women are paraded around like so many cattle. Never have. Never will.

We will comply fully with the new IMBRA Law, effective March 6, 2006.

For us it is a simple matter. We are a small, personal service agency. We have always dealt with our male and female members on a personal level.

This new law won't affect us much...just a bit more paperwork. We are small and personal, we know how to deal with our male and female members on a personal level.

We will ask a few more background questions of our American Citizen male members. Any woman who will be introduced to one of our male members will take a look at this information and sign a form which will acknowledge that fact. This is the same information that will be shown to your Fiancé at her American Embassy Interview.

We will control this process with you.

When you join our group, you are joining an agency that cares about you and your future wife. We will work together with you, our member, on a personal level to make sure we are in total compliance with the law. We will work with any female member of your choosing on a personal level as well to make sure we are all in compliance with the law.

HOW WILL THIS LAW AFFECT YOU IF YOU USE AN AGENCY THAT IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE? Any American man who meets any foreign woman using a Foreign Based Agency, or any agency for that matter, that does not follow that law will find that he is taking a huge risk. You are risking this: Your Fiancé might be denied her Visa to the USA. If the authorities find out what happened at her interview, and they will be asking her questions about this, she will be stuck in her country and you will be banned from ever applying for a K-1 Visa again. Your plans for your future life together in the USA will be ruined. If the authorities ever find out in the future that you did not comply with the law, you are risking the possible deportation of your future wife! Remember, you will have to do your AOS interview with your wife in the future.
